What is our onboarding process for Fellows?

We evaluate each Fellow candidate’s application based on academic preparedness and expressed interest in corporate opportunities. Upon acceptance into our program, Fellows get access to their personal coach and attend our virtual Career Prep Series that covers the fundamentals of career preparation. After the Career Prep Series, Fellows are invited to start networking with professionals in the field and access advanced skills-building workshops.
